Delivery, Returns & Exchanges are subject to following-
1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact. 2. The return shipment to be borne by the customer.
3. Return or Exchange intimation should be email to reachus@vasansi.com within 3 days of receiving the products 4. The products are to be sent back to Vasansi Jaipur's online office (not to any of our retail stores), using the return label received in reply to the above mail. 5.Ā Upon receiving the returned goods the amount gets converted into store credit which can be utilized anytime within six months of issue.
6. In case of a Exchange too a store credit is offered instead of product replacement for a quicker streamlined process.Ā
7. Generally, returns aren't applicable on discounted/sale products.
8.All delivery times our calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays .
9.All ready to ship pieces would take around 4-5 days to dispatch ,for custom and alterations pieces please contact customer support staff .
